On our FTTH packages we provide a TP Link (TL WR840N)

On our FTTB packages we provide a MikroTik

HOW DOES BILLING WORK

Billing is Pro Rata.

You will be billed from your live date and a month in advance.

WHAT IS NUMBER PORTING?

If you would like to keep your number we can port it from your current provider as long as you do not cancel the landline number during this time.

HOW LONG IS THE CONTRACT?

Our contracts are on a month to month basis. Should you wish to cancel at anytime you will send us an e-mail confirmation a month in advance for your cancellation.

Should cancelation occur within 6 months the client will be liable to pay the full price of our router.

CAN I UPGRADE/DOWNGRADE AT ANY TIME?

All upgrades/downgrades will be advised by sales that will assist.
