WHAT TO DO IF YOU HAVE RESET YOUR TP LINK

You will need to contact support on 087 980 4766 or support@infinityfibre.co.za

You will be asked to access the TP Links web interface on 192.168.0.1 and support will assist you with setup.

SLOW SPEEDS ON SPEEDTEST.NET

Please be sure you are the only user on the network, connect your ethernet cable directly from your laptop to the router.

On www.speedtest.net you will need to test to local servers in your area.

Take note that doing speedtests over wi-fi is never accurate as many interferences could interfere with these tests.

Send an e-mail to support@inifinityfibre.co.za with screenshots of these tests.

SLOW SPEED ON VUMATEL

Please be sure you are connecting directly using an ethernet cable from the Vumatels CPE ( Fibre box without wi-fi) to your laptop and do a speedtest using (www.vumashop.co.za)

I HAVE NO INTERNET

A few checks can be done before contacting us to speed up the process.

  • confirm that all cables and equipment are firmly attached to their ports.
  • confirm light status of your ONT ( Fibre box without wi-fi connected to the TP Link )
